"Dear friend, I would like to extend a warm welcome to you as you step into my creative shell. Within this artistic realm, you will encounter a conceptual extended single titled "School Girl Always," which revolves entirely around the essence of a shell. These sounds will take you on a wondrous journey, transcending time and space, from the final polished version, released in the year 2020, all the way back to its humble origins in the year 2015. Picture this: it was a brisk autumn day, with leaves gracefully descending from the trees, casting shadows on the ground. Amidst this picturesque scene, a new musical idea started whispering in my mind. Unable to resist its call, I hastened my steps, eager to retreat to the comfort of home studio. My shell. Little did I know that this very night would give birth to something truly magical. As darkness settled, I delicately strummed my guitar, tuning it to the mellifluous sound of open D. As if guided by an unseen force, the lyrics flowed from my being in a torrent of consciousness. Captivated by the creative frenzy, I remained awake, tirelessly recording the ideas for what would later become "School Girl." Hours melted away as I poured my heart into those recordings until the early morning hours. The intense passion for this song almost made me forget the impending train I had to catch at the unforgiving hour of 5 am. But alas, the dedication and inspiration prevailed, leaving behind a profound testament to the power of artistic creation. I wanted this song to be a heartfelt and captivating portrait of vulnerability, encapsulating the raw essence of human emotions. A celebration of people embracing their most fragile and delicate moments, where strength and courage shine through amidst the uncertainty. Through the lyrics, the sounds and the melody, I aimed to paint a vivid picture, conveying the beauty that lies beneath the surface - a beauty that transcends the limitations of mere sight. It's about recognizing the profound depth and authenticity that exists within us, capturing the delicate grace that often goes unnoticed in our fast-paced world. By delving into the intricacies of vulnerability, this song aims to uplift and empower, reminding us that vulnerability is not weakness, but rather an exquisite and courageous expression of our humanity. So join me, dear friend, as we embark on a creative journey through time and emotions.
